Thanks to the limestone-yamamoto neoprene technology our 4/3 mm wetsuits can be worn and still feel super snug in water temparatures from 9-14°C (48.2 -57.2°F), and the 4/4 mm hooded wetsuit in water temparatures from 6-10°C (42.8 -50°F). For these temperatures we also recommend using our wetsuit gloves and wetsuit booties.

• 4/3mm Wetsuits: Ideal for water temperatures between 10-15°C (50-59°F). These suits
  offer a great balance of warmth and flexibility, making them perfect for those who want to
  stay comfortable without feeling restricted. We have a wee range of men's 4/3mm
  wetsuits to choose from.
  
• 4/4mm Hooded Wetsuits: Best suited for colder conditions, typically below 10°C (50°F).
  These suits provide maximum warmth for those frigid winter sessions. When opting for
  our 4/4mm hooded in water temperatures below 10°C, we recommend you to have a
  look at our 4mm wetsuit gloves as well as our 8mm surf boots
